The Newsletter
Every Thursday I send out what's happening around Downingtown to people who signed up because they want to know. Your business can have a spot in it. This is the easiest way to get in front of people around here without committing to anything, and it's the cheapest thing I offer. One business per send, so you're not sitting next to somebody who does what you do.

What types of businesses do you work with?
Service based businesses around here. Contractors, trainers, coaches, consultants, photographers, financial advisors, home services, restaurants, shops. If people hire you for what you do and you want the town to know you exist, we should talk.
Do I have to be on camera?
No, but it helps a lot. Video is what makes somebody feel like they already know you before they call. If you're not comfortable with it we start somewhere else and work up to it, and I've gotten plenty of people comfortable who swore they'd never do it.
What platforms do you work with?
Facebook and Instagram are the core around here because that's where people in this area actually are. TikTok or YouTube if it makes sense for your business, but I'd rather do two places well than five places halfway.
How long until I see results?
Depends on the business, and anybody who gives you a number is guessing. What I'll tell you is the first month or two is about getting in front of people, and the calls come after that. Executive Office Link has been running six months and it's brought in over a dozen appointments.

Meet Shawn
I'm a husband and father of two amazing girls, and honestly that's the most important thing I do. My deepest passions are spending time with my family, personal development, and pushing myself physically through marathon running. I've also been in recovery for 17.5 years, which shaped a lot of how I think about life and business.
I've been doing social media marketing for over 10 years. I built two local Facebook communities from nothing, and the bigger one is over 28,000 members now. I've been using video since 2018 to grow my own businesses and help other people grow theirs.
And now I'm taking everything I've learned and using it to help local business owners right here in Downingtown do the same thing without burning themselves out in the process. Because I've done it both ways, and burning out isn't worth it.
